or the best example is bullies. They pick on other people as their lives are so messed up that they feel better and get a kick out of making other people feel as miserable as them, rather than seek help, but ofcourse if they did that they would not look as “hard”. Or even saying to someone “your gay”, the person who said it, clearly is uncomfortable with their sexuality.
