hey, my friend was telling me about a female stand up comedian she saw on comedy central a couple months ago, and she couldn’t remember what the woman’s name was. She had an act that included a lady in her workplace that disliked her for no apparent reason, and no matter how nice she tried to be to her, the woman just wouldn’t respond. My friend remembers the quote “if i can’t get her to talk TO me, i’ll at least get her to talk ABOUT me…”, and “from that point forward, i became the benevolent armadillo”.
