i found a baby armadillo on the side of the road standing next to it’s mother, dead, flattened by a car. it can drink water by it’s self (barely), so what do feed it, & how much? i tryed giving it to the local rescue shelter but they won’t take him. also any good names? (it’s a boy)
Call the closet zoo and see what they say, they may even offer to take him.

you can feed it kitten formula (found at a petstore) using an eyedropper or a baby bottle (depending on its size)

I’m not sure what to feed it ( i’m not an expert on amaradillos), but i’d say greens, plants, soemthing like that. I’m happy you at least gave it a fighting chance. If it was still out there, it probably wouldn’t have made it any longer than 24 hours.

bless u. do not forget it is a wild animall though!
he may well die from the stress of being handeld.
however i would try goats milk, u can get it from a good super market. feed wi a syrenge every few hours,
when a bit older i would try dog or cat meat, and maybe some bugs as they naturally forage for insects, worms e.t.c.
good luck i would of done same!
name wise how bout arnold?!
