What type of animal is this?

In my basement, there’s a windowsill. And outside of it, there’s this wild animal, I’m guessing. It has an armadillo face shape, long noise. And it kind of looks like a porcupine, but it has long hair, not needles whatever you call them. And it also has a mouse tail. You know… long and hairless. Its hair is white. And I’m taking it that it can climb. Its only in the windowsill at night and in the morning its not t

Can anyone tell me what sea bug this is?

I was at the beach and I found a really strange animal, it’s green and black, like 3 inches long, the body is like the one of a lobster because it bends like in plaques (like an armadillo), in its front part it has 3 pairs of insect-like legs and then it has 5 pairs of something that looks like leaves and it moves them very fast. It kind of looks like a mix between a tiny lobster, a grasshopper and a scorpio.
I have it in my house and I tried to take a picture of it but it has a very bad quality, you can’t really appreciate details

Is “armadillo” in Spanish “amadillo”?

We have to do a presentation about an animal that lives in Latin America, and I got the “amadillo”. I’m wondering if this is the Spanish name for “armadillo” or if he just misspelled the word.

Thanks!

which animal is cuter?

armadillos or alpacas?

Yesterday I saw a funny animal…can you help me identify it?

Just moved to a different climate, and I saw an animal I couldn’t identify the other day. It was grey (? it was night time) with a white face. I would guess it was about 10 inches tall, and had the silhouette of an armadillo (arched back). It had a short tail that was long enough to see, but did not touch the ground. What was it?
I live in Southern California by the way. :)
