It was in the late 80′s to early 90′s. Comedy.
It was about these people [the whole town I think] that had a moon shine still and the revenue was trying to get them. They would pull pranks in the IRS to make them leave. I believe at the end something blows up. I remember a lot of farting going on. lol
The only person that I can think that was in it was the aunt in Steele Magnolias that made the bleeding armadillo cake. That movie was so funny, and I have been trying to figure out the name to that movie for years, but to no avail. If you have any idea, please let me know.
