My parents are elderly and live in florida, they have a pesky little armadillo who becomes trapped on the other side of the yard and has to dig its way out destroying the yard and leaving a humungous whole. they have tried poison but to no avail. how can they get rid of it? I mentioned trapping it and letting it go somehwere else but he would just come back. any suggestions!?

i am allowed to get a pet, but i don’t know what kind to get. millions of different animals run through my mind, besides dogs and cats, such as robo hamsters, chameleons, hedgehogs, and even, armadillos. lol. but i have a little aquarium, but not too small. it used to have 2 rats living in there. So does anyone have any cool ideas on a small pet i could get? oh, and i live in florida, if that helps a little.
also, i can afford a pet up to the price of 35 bucks. not much, but i mean if it is really exotic i will be wlling to pay an arm and a leg. i have thought about bearded dragons, and my friend has one, but their way too expensive.
this sounds strange, but no matter what kind of hamster i ever pet or hold, hates me and bites me. i dont come off as a threat either.. and im very calm.
Living in Florida these little pests have became unbearable. Every night they come out and dig holes all over the yard. We had to use wheel barrel and shovels on Easter morning to make yard safe for guests to walk around. Trapping them is no good. Is there anything that repells an Armadillo? Please help my father deal with this problem.

there is this video on youtube of a kid whering an armadillo mask and his voice is changed to be high pitched with a computer or something idk, and he is hilarious, he makes fun of the teens who beat up the girl and calls their phone # anyone can giv me the link to that video on youtube plz it funny
I live in Florida and take country roads to work. I have seen a wild boar, armadillos, river otters, and alligators.
