We know with a lot of luck, you can trap them, otherwise nothing seems to keep them out of the flower beds other than fencing.

today i had a vision and i do not really know if i was awake or asleep but anyways a family of armadillos came up to me but they were fully clothed and they could speak english but they told me that they would be replacing my family for the next few weeks if i didnt stop eating the special kind of lollipops that my mom buys from BJ’s…..i am having a lot of trouble deciphering this, any ideas???

O.K. Here’s the thing. I have a very undisturbed backyard of two acres. So we occasionally see deer, armadillos, raccoons, swamp rabbits, badgers and a LOT of birds. We have at least three different bird nests with chicks every week. For the past couple of days I’ll be looking out my big window (which takes up an entire wall) facing the backyard. In the tree closest to the window there is a small birds nest. Two female cardinals (brownish-grey in color, and one has a bright red beak) fly constantly in and out of the nest. I’ve also noticed the two taking shifts guarding the eggs and cleaning each other… I haven’t seen a male cardinal in that tree for about a week and I’ve watched those two female cardinals like a religion. Is it possible to have lesbian cardinals?

Ive recently starting biking with my dog, Ive been using a collar and I think it works fine. But Ive been hearing a lot about using a harness instead. I usually don’t use harnesses when walking/biking, cause It gives my dog more power to pull, and that could be bad while biking lol.
If my dog sees a squirrel or armadillo, she gets pretty focused, with the collar im able to give her a quick snap out of it. I’m afraid I cant do that with a harness.
What do you suggest?
… I have a job cleaning septic tanks all day but I might be able to get another job picking up dead animals off the roads across the entire county. Do you think this will be a step up or possibly even worse? It is in the dead of summer and a lot of those dead dogs, racoons, horses, deer and armadillos have their guts splattered all across the road and are crawling with maggots. Of course I could keep the really fresh kills and cook them and it would be nice to come home after a hard day of pumping septic tanks and not have all the neighborhood dogs gag and puke when I get near them. The pay is almost exactly the same so, any thoughts?
