A startled armadillo leaps upward , rising 0.624 m in 0.220 s. What was its initial speed?
What is its speed at this height?
A startled armadillo leaps upward rising 0.604 m in 0.190 s.
1) What was its initial speed?
2) What is its speed at this height?
3) How much higher does it go?
When startled, an armadillo will leap upward. Suppose it rises 0.544 m in the first 0.200 s.
(a) What is the initial speed as it leaves the ground?
(b) What is its speed at the height of 0.544 m?
(c) How much higher does it go?
Show work, please.
Thanks!

Is it normal for a book to talk to you? This morning I woke up and my copy of “The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn” was sitting straight up in my swivel chair cackling like an old hag, before finally saying “Join me on the most Spasmastic Journey of Your Life MAN! You gotta come Man! Succumb to the Amicable Armadillo! Let your mind run free with the Flying Galapgos Bolsa-Hunters and the subterranean Copying Machines of Croquete Isle! Join the Revolution of Time, Space, and the occasional Physics!”. It than proceeded to land a flying kick on my face before sucking itself inwards and dissapearing into oblivion. What should I do? Is this at all normal? I’d appreciate the insight to the matter. Thanks.
