Why Doesn’t Turtle Wax Work On Armadillos?

Yesterday was such a nice, dreary, boring Sunday. My neighbour girl was being a pest and kept wanting something to do, so I let her give Amanda, my pet armadillo, a makeover with Turtle Wax.

Now I can’t get the blasted stuff to come off. It worked fine on the lobsters. Poor Amanda hasn’t come out of her shell all day, not even to eat or use the sandbox. She can be such a Streisand! So why doesn’t Turtle Wax work on Amanda, and how can I cheer her up? I don’t know if she’s moping or moulting. I fear she’s suicidal.

Why does a dog….?

roll around ins something dead?? Sunday, my two chihuahuas found an old dead armadillo and rolled around in it. When they came in the house—you better believe they got baths!! I was just curious as to why in the world a dog would do that???

What are the hours of operation for Armadillo Reds?

I would love to go get my helix pierced today but I was wondering if the Armadillo Reds Tattoo and Piercing Parlor in Kissimmee, Fl. was even open on Sunday’s and then at what times if they are. (I’m speaking of the one across from Medieval Times) I tried calling but no one picked up, which isn’t such a good sign.

My mom got her tattoo there and said they’re really good and nice, so she wants to take me there but it’s been years so she doesn’t remember the hours. Thanks in advance ^^
It is not closed on Sundays. I went today at 12pm when they opened. Everything is cleared and I’ll be getting it done probably some time next week. Thank you.

First time lizard owner, we just got 4 Armadillo lizards Sunday and are having trouble finding info?

We bought four of them since they were all in the same cage at the pet store but are confused as to their enviroment. Right now we have them in a 30 gal tank with a heat light and sun light with lots of hiding places and a shallow water dish. We are offering them crickets and small grass hoppers. We are using reptile bark for substrate. We are having trouble with humidity. It has been going from 45% clear up to 90% how can we regulate the humidity in the tank and is there anything we are screwing up?
