I am just sure I saw a bald eagle picking up a dead armadillo yesterday. It was a huge brown bird with a white tail and white head, yellow beak…looked just like a bald eagle. But I didn’t think they ventured this far south, so I thought I would check.

I really am curious. After seeing a huge armadillo in the grocery store parking lot yesterday, it grossed me out a little. The armadillo had this huge bulb/growth/bump looking thing that either looked like a tail or like something was coming out of it’s rear. Someone told me there are certain kinds of armadillos with tails. Have you ever seen one like that?

I found a lizards that has a black and orange face with red and white spots on the sides and brown along his back and tail and his hind legs are green but this front ones are brownish gray the lady at the pet store said he might be part of the Swift family or the armadillo family but i can not find a pic of him if anyone knows anything on this Lizard please let me know
I live in Mich. it has nails like a lizards its about 6 inches from head to tail its not like any lava lizard i’ve seen but i will be on later tonight with a webcam if anyone wants to add me to messenger and i will show u there
armadillos and coral snakes both live in FL. when an armadillo is threatened it can curl and its armored body looks like a ball. a coral snake curls it’s tail into a tight spiral and holds it up when an enemy is near. it attracts the enemy to its tail and protects its head. although these animals are very different what is 1 way in which they are simillar
a. they spend a lot of time in the water
b. they have ways to protect themselves
c. they use their bodies to attack enemies
d. they have ard outer layers of skin for protection
